"As a loyal State Farm customer I feel you should be aware of this agency and how they handled a transition of car insurance for me and my daughter. Recently, I needed to complete a coverage change due to my daughter relocating from SC to NC. She was creating a brand new policy with State Farm and all I needed was her removed from mine. Seems easy enough? Wrong - she began her policy in August; however was never billed. Upon initial inquiry, she was told there was a credit on her account that covered the Aug amount due. Then in Sept. still no bill. She calls, and Sarah informs her it is bc she is still listed as the primary driver on my golf cart. So, I call my agent confirm she has been removed. Then when my daughter follows back up with Sarah she is told her policy is past due!!! Of course, she makes the payment. Customer service and directives provided by this agency has been less than professional and has resulted in my daughter and I having to follow up with them multiple times. Fingers crossed that NOW they have everything correct...."
